District Manager

Tom brings more than 39 years of progressive operations management experience in the parking industry. In February 2015, Allpro Parking, LLC acquired Eckl Parking, expanding our line of services into the Ohio market.

Tom began his career in 1977 as a part-time parking lot attendant and quickly moved through the ranks, holding positions as zone manager, area manager, Vice President, President, and most recently, Partner of Eckl Parking Company, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. Tom’s experiences have been concentrated in the valet sector. His operations are recognized as providing first class service while enhancing the user experience.

In his current position, Tom is responsible for quality assurance, client relations, contract negotiations, human resources functions, and fiscal management. He is very active in the local community, serving as past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, is a Eucharistic Minister at St. Matthew Parish, and aided in the development of young men as the head golf coach at St. Francis DeSales High School. Tom is also a member of the Ohio Parking Association (OPA) and the National Parking Association (NPA).
