Craig E. Barber

Craig earned his Bachelor’s degree in communications from Syracuse University with graduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Craig has over 40 years of practical parking management experience. His career has been marked with continual growth and responsibility that included serving as the Executive Director of the City of Buffalo’s Board of Parking. He later became Vice President of Operations for Multiple Parking Service, Inc., which was sold to Allright Corporation resulting in his promotion to Regional Vice President in 1990. Craig has held posts with senior management responsibility for both Allright Parking and Central Parking System throughout the North Eastern, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western United States, Eastern Canada, as well the Washington, D.C. metro area, Virginia, and Maryland. Craig joined Allpro Parking, LLC in 2006.

Craig is a past President of the New York State Parking and Transportation Association (NYSPTA). He also served many years on the Board of Directors for the National Parking Association (NPA), and has been a long-time member of the Ohio Parking Association (OPA).

Craig retired from day to day operations in September 2018 after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Craig continues to act in a consulting capacity for Allpro Parking with particular focus on contracts and leases, client relations and business retention, and new business development projects.
