Brian D. Dusenberry, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Brian brings over 35 years of experience in the public sector as a Certified Public Accountant and in the private sector as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for companies in the technology, distribution, transportation, health care, and internet fulfillment industries. After graduating from DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Brian spent the next 13 years in public accounting where he managed accounts with revenues in excess of $75 million – some with international affiliates – and specialized in forecasts and projections.

In the private sector, Brian served as the Senior Financial Officer, focusing on strategic and operational initiatives including the development and direction of strategic business plans creation of key financial and operational analysis, and the establishment of operational benchmarking and measurement.

Brian joined Allpro Parking, LLC in May 2006. Brian is currently a member of both the American and New York State Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of WNY and is a JA volunteer classroom teacher to middle and high school students, a member of Working for Downtown and was the past President of the Theatre District Association of WNY for four years.

Brian moved to Buffalo in 1983. Since that time he has been involved in a variety of community organizations and events. His professional and personal affiliations include:

His responsibilities for Allpro Parking include:

  • Oversight of all financial, accounting and IT related functions of the company including the conversion to and implementation of a new information system
  • Analysis and preparation of all external financial statements and tax reporting
  • Analysis and preparation of all internal management reporting
  • Establishment of internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Direct process improvement initiatives and strengthen interdepartmental communication
  • Preparation of budgets and projections
  • Participation in strategic planning and establishment of company goals and objectives
