Dear Customers, Clients, and Associates:
As the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) crisis continues to affect the way we live, work, and interact, we want you to be assured that Allpro Parking is focused on the health and safety of our customers and employees as we continue to provide the services you have come to expect.
Throughout the three (3) states we operate in; New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, we are following the directives and suggestions of our local, state, and federal governments along with the guidelines of CDC and WHO.
Our staff is working to support the essential establishments in each state and we appreciate our team associates who are still working under these difficult conditions. Though our Administrative and Executive Teams are currently required by state regulations to work remotely, they are fully engaged and focused on supporting our staff and customers.
Sadly, we have found the need to furlough many members of our staff due to the government regulations to “Shelter in Place” and to stay home in an effort to do our part in “Social Distancing”, which will surely assist in flattening the curve of spreading the virus. We look forward to welcoming each of them back when we are told it is safe to return.
The majority of our locations that are self-park facilities are accessible and open. We ask that you follow the posted guidelines of that facility to park. Monthly permit and/or contractual customers, you are welcome to continue parking at your facility whether it is attended or not, if you are required to report to work or are a resident. If your status changes due to the crisis, please follow the instructions of the application/contract to alter your situation. We may not be able to answer all phone calls, so we recommend that you email the local Allpro Parking office in the city you are located.
We look forward to the day our lives return to normal as they were before the crisis of Covid-19. Wishing you all the best and please be safe.

President and CEO of Allpro Parking, LLC.
